Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I need to resign from this company within 4 months, this makes my resume bad & jobless. Be aware while finding jobs of some reasons:
--> No right to speak.
-->Onroll employees always treat 3rd party employee.
--> They hire for 5 days working & forced to work for 6 day and long working hours.
--> When I was admitted to the hospital. I have worked for Pernod Ricard but my manager mark absent. The same thing happened to me earlier when my aunty Expired at that time also I worked for but they marked my absence after 1.5 months later.

Advise: I advise everyone, to please don't join as a third party. Find a permanent role. Thank you
