However, before moving forward to 2nd round they weren't to discuss my salary. After hearing about my current package, they asked me to negotiate, But they came up with their number which is 7 LPA less than they wanted I was currently getting, I was still open to negotiation but they are adamant about their figure. Unfortunately, they ultimately canceled my applications. claiming that I was not flexible with my figure. It seems unreasonable to reject a candidate based on their salary expectations and with the Sumeru package
