Round: Resume Shortlist
Experience: The resume was shortlisted by the company based on the CGPA till the time of the interview.
Tips: Keep a neatly formatted CV. Don't make it clumsy by putting your life history. Bullets are important. Should not be more than 1 page.

Round: Group Discussion
Experience: The Initial 2 Minutes were given for preparation of the topic. This was followed by a healthy discussion on the topic and the final 2 minutes were to conclude the discussion.
Tips: When the ask you to conclude the discussion, just summarise the discussion, as in, what the group spoke. Do not present our own ideas at that time. This may lead to negative marks. Also, speak in bullets, and keep it to the point no matter if you speak less.
Duration: 20 minutes

Round: Technical + HR Interview
Experience: The interview went on for some 45 Minutes. I was asked a mix of questions on technical as well as the behavioral front. a lot of questions were from my CV. One question led to another. It was a one on one interview.
Tips: Answer to the point. Don't bluff anywhere (answers or CV) Know your CV inside out. Don't look afraid even if you are. (Don't be afraid, the guy is just there to talk to you, about you)
