Interview Preparation Tips

Round: Test
Experience: Written TestIt is an aptitude test. It consists of 15 questions and allotted time is 15 mins. It is divided into 3 parts. Each part consists of five questions.
I) General English :- It is very easy.
II) Maths:- In it they ask about general maths questions like ratio, percentage etc..
III) Excel:- In it they ask EXcel shortcuts key.

Round: HR Interview
Experience: General HR InterviewIn this round they will ask about your profile, capital market(derivative, mutual fund etc.) some mind twister questions, etc.
Some of the questions are:
I) In a race you overtake a person who was at 2nd position. What will be your position ?
II) You have 64 balls of which 63 weigh equal and 1 is heavier than the rest . you are given a weighing machine , you have Separate the ball which is heavier than other balls. What is minimum chance you will take to do this task. etc...
Generally, In this round they check your communication skills.

Round: Technical Interview
Experience: Technical InterviewAgain, In this round they will ask about your profile, some mind twister questions and some technical questions. 
Some of the technical questions are about probability, angles and capital market questions, like: 
I) What is Derivatives?
II) Difference between NSE and BSE? etc...
They will take some time(1-2 days) to notify the results of these rounds and then call you for the Personal HR once they feel you are a good candidate.
