Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I had an incredibly frustrating experience interviewing with Dr. Agarwal Eye Hospital. Over the course of two weeks, I was subjected to five rounds of interviews. Despite being told after the third round that it would be the final one, I was later informed by HR Kartheikeyan P via WhatsApp and phone call that I was selected, and the HR process would be handled by Sudhakar HR. Sudhakar assured me that an offer would be rolled out after the fourth round, which involved document collection. However, I was then unexpectedly told there would be an additional interview with Vice President Mr. Nandha, which I reluctantly agreed to.

To my shock and dismay, I got to know that my profile is now on hold. This lack of communication and constant shifting of goalposts not only wasted my time but also led me to lose another job offer as I was kept in limbo. The disorganization and apparent fickleness of the HR department have severely tarnished the reputation of Dr. Agarwal Eye Hospital. Their hiring process is poorly managed and shows a blatant disregard for candidates' time and other opportunities.

I urge the public to be cautious and avoid this company if they value their time and career prospects. I am prepared to provide call recordings, WhatsApp chats, and other evidence if necessary for further investigation or legal action. The interview process at Dr. Agarwal's is, unfortunately, a significant disappointment and seems to be a scam.

Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Screening process over CV got shortlisted,
1 st round has been cleared.
HR has scheduled the final round but i found something fishy so i have informed the HR that i don't not want to proceed it further kindly wind up the process.
After that i have received multiple calls from them and the HR team started convincing me to attend the final round then i have respected their words attended the final round.
The director is panelist for the final round but he didn't take up the interview instead asking you have changed 03 companies in last 6 years, I had a valid reason for that but he is not ready to accept it and saying that you should stay in a company for minimum of 10 years.

But changing a company is upto to an individual’s decision if the organisation doesn’t want such candidate they should have not shortlisted such CV.

But here in 1st round the VP has accepted the reason and he has shortlisted me.

This clearly shows they don’t have proper streamlined process. They will schedule your call for some specific time later they will re-schedule it for multiple times finally they will join 15mins later to the interview.

Un professional panel setup and the HR’s as well.
