Why did you join operations? What do you understand by operations in banks?

Give any example in the bank and show how operations can be improved.
I had studied their balance sheet for the last 5 years and found few expenses increased in the last two years. So, I built a case problem and told them that by using robotics, costs can be saved in the current situation.
