Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - 3 panel members were there with 1 HR and 2 TR. Technical questions were few basic questions from c & python and Oops questions. HR was like scenario based. Frw questions were asked based on my resume content. It's good to be truthful in what we fill in our resume and stick to it.

Round: Resume Shortlist
Experience: I wasn't thinking of joining there, Came along with a friend, so thought of giving it a try, Got my resume shortlisted and was asked to attend the second round.
Tips: Be bold. Want something?, ask them, You wont be disappointed. Try to be more energetic when you talk, make the interviewer smile, you'll get through !!!

Round: Test
Experience: You'll get connected to someone in USA, through a phone call, That person will interview you.
Tips: Try to be yourself, feel free, he/she is also a person like you , talk freely, but listen to what they're asking, response is yours , don't worry about your answer. Make them smile or try to make them think that it'd be fun to work with you.
Duration: 1 hour
Total Questions: 50

Round: HR Interview
Experience: Friendly people, They'll ask you something familiar, "tell about yourself". I told them about me , my passion and all those stuffs, Again left the place looking them smile.
Tips: When this question is asked, many will tell something different like what they want to be, Just tell them whatever you feel at that moment . Feel Nervous, just let them know, They ain't gonna think bad!!!.

Round: Grammar Round
Experience: It was a written English grammar test to analyse how grammatically sound you are.
Tips: Just revise your basic English grammar like prepositions verbs nd essay/paragraph writing

Round: COMMUNICATION SKILLS Round
Experience: In this round they ask you to speak something on the given topic or sometimes group discussion . Basically they test your vocabulary, your thought process, pronunciation, accent and above all confidence.
Tips: Be confident in whatever you speak. Remember if you get nervous you will need with your words .

Round: Technical Interview
Experience: This was an online test and it had 50 questions all objective types.
Tips: Be technically sound. You cannot Google them as these search engines are blocked

Round: Test
Experience: I was allowed to write a test for 2hrs in that each headings seems to be different and also there is a section heading marks
Duration: 2 hours
Total Questions: 70

Round: Technical Interview
Experience: After finishing i was advised to attend 2nd round in that they ask about the detailed experience of my previous company and finally technical terms question also flows

Skills: Logical And Structured Thinking, Communication And Confidence, Attitude, Psychometric Test, Project Management

General Tips: Had to follow up with HR to remind them that I was interviewed that’s when Hr writes to operations manager to get the feedback.
After multiple follow ups HR gave the offer letter and forgot to delete trail mail.
It was approved by operations manager almost 3 weeks ago
