Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I was holding offer from Infosys, with my joining date set next day when I had discussion with HR, They shared CTC structure with me and told me due to HR head not available we will release offer letter next day they told me to trust on words and declined Infosys offer, I did the same and then next day HR was not responding to my call, after so many calls he told me management team having internal discussion will let you know, next when I call them they said you need to come office for one more round next day, after attempting in person round next day they told me client now changed there requirement they are looking for senior developer so we cant proceed your application.
HR never call me to inform anything every time I called him to get update.
Worst company I ever seen.
So biggest advice don't trust on HR words ever.

Hello,
Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus
Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L)
I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance.
The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte.
Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
