Crisil Graduate Trainee Interview Questions and Answers for Freshers

Round: Test
Experience: Questions were mostly on mental ability, aptitude and general knowledge. No one crossed the cut off which the company proposed. Since they came on day 16 they don’t have much choice other than decreasing the cutoff.
Duration: 60 minutes

Round: Technical Interview
Tips: No particular skills were required. It is better to know a great deal about finance. Knowledge acquired through minor courses did help.

General Tips: For third years1) Get a clarity on what you want to pursue.2) Start preparation as early as possible and keep focused.3) Focus more on 2-3 companies and prepare accordingly.
For 1st and 2nd years,1) Try to get a finance intern.2) Do a minor in finance

General Tips: 1st year :- Take part in activities in institute.

2nd year :- Do an internship at the end. And decide after that whether u want to pursue engineering or go in some other field

3rd year:- Get oriented towards your direction and give examination or certification course, if possible. If you don’t know which direction and you just need money, learn coding.

4th year:- Prepare for placement and get a heck of basic coding. U can get good.
