Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I would give me a random suggestion, trust yourself while applying for any job. The moment you start speaking, it should feel like you are the perfect fit for the company. no matter what it is, be it a telephonic interview, an online video interview, or a personal interview. You should be able to create an impact. These big organizations look for candidates with good communication skills sets. Build yourself, it might take some time, but be on it.

Should I accept the offer or any other advice ?
I was working as an Associate in a medical billing company with a CTC of 3.75 LPA. I’ve received an offer from Genpact in the same field (medical billing/insurance claims) with a salary of 4.5 LPA, but the shift is from 5:30 p.m. to 2:30 a.m., which is not ideal for me but I can still manage.
I’m 25 and have 2 years of work experience and have been without a job for 3 months for the CAT exam (unfortunately, no hopes there).
I’m really confused about what direction to take with my career. Should I accept the Genpact offer, or is it better to keep looking for other opportunities? Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Firstly had a phone call conversation with an HR,
we fixed a date for a video call interview.
First-round was a managerial interview round with two managers.
The interview went smoothly.
I was told to wait for another round with a senior manager.
Second-round with a senior manager on the same day.
Again, everything went smoothly.
Got a call the next day with an offer of joining.
Firstly had a phone call conversation with an HR,
