Job Description
- Timely and accurately investigate the root cause of cash and transaction breaks along with position discrepancy.
- Should have basic knowledge of accounting concepts such as debit credit entries, NAV, Market value etc.
- Ensuring trade, allocations, reporting and settlements with compliance requirements.
- Holdings & reconciliation of all trades settlements. Communicate the breaks with stakeholders.
- Timely reporting trades to FA and Custody.
- Trade settlement for fixed income securities, Equity, Money market etc.
- Liaison with Dealer and Fund Manager for any query related to cash flow & complete process of trade settlement.
- Administering daily cash flows for fund houses and reporting real time cash positions to Fund managers.
- Should be good with Excel.
