Job Responsibilities:

• Leads the identification, communication, measurement, and management of company-wide risk.
• Manages implementation of risk management and compliance policies/procedures
• Conducts process audits and health checks of the processes to ensure full compliance to existing guidelines
• Partners with business, internal audit and external audit teams for facilitating annual audits and ensure completion of management action plan within deadlines
• Conducts due diligence for third party service providers as required under the policy guidelines
• Supports the team with annual reviews of internal process and regulatory risk manuals and compliance nominated policies
• Coordinates and submits, as necessary, information and data requests as required by infosec, compliance and legal teams
• Partners with all departments regarding incident reports related to breaches and pendencies and investigates, resolves, and responds to the respective authority
• Partners with key stakeholders to develop and implement standards, processes, programs, and best practices related to risk management.
• Identifies potential risk exposures, recommends solutions, implements approved programs, promotes loss prevention, and updates and monitors compliance.

Education & Experience:

• Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal, Risk Management required
• 4-6 years in risk management, compliance, or audit space
• Strong with MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
