Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - if your are really want yourself get hired I better suggest you not to go to Copart. They dont hire you with your previous experianced. You will be asked silly questions like tell me about yourself for three min. i faced 2 round same question was asked by both person. Company Hire team is a racist. All in by batch non Telengana persons were rejected. And ya they do mostly hire Girls for Customer support coz they have nice tone. My side of story after covid i got a call from Copart for hiring. Video call intreview was done and i got selected but due to some curcimstances i couldnt join. So after a year i went there for face to face interview first question i was asked were are you from? and they way they ask question it sound racist. As i have witness myself all the non telengana guys were rejected and 90% girls were selected. May be it was a ladies Day interview more over gals who were rejected were not in body shape and look outdated fashion.
