Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - After interview they selected and released the offer letter with good package. I have attended multiple company interviews but they are not having budget of the cognizant offer. I have left the current organisation, NP is 3Months. After 3M I have connected the team they asked for BGV and pre joining formalities. All done but they did not respond on joining date. Very very bad experience ever. Nobody responded even HR, HR recruiter, global hr. Thanks for that i get a job in Good MNC better than cognizant with more than they offer.
