Just conducting a resume screening and a manager round for a accounting and payroll job like they are only checking your communication skills. These two round takes an whole day by asking you to wait,wait and Just wait.They don't value the candidate time even small companies interview process are far better than this.So don't go there and waste your time.

Alternate documents for Employee verification?
My new employer asked for my previous offer letters and salary slips. When I inquired, they said it was for background verification.
However, I feel that providing these documents might affect salary negotiations, and it feels a bit unethical too.
