Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I got selected in CTS almost six months ago and still now I didn't get any offer letter or joining letter. Also the salary is much less when compared to other companies. I also heard that CTS torture as to work extra hours. People has to decide themselves wheather they want to join and experience this or wait for better opportunities. Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Never be dependent on shit firm like TCS, really had a great respect from them but after going through the interview process and listening to feedbacks from people within the organisation. Its nothing but a shit firm consuming people's blood at cheap salary. Nothing but bringing more insult to TATA.

Their HR may normal call you instead of Microsoft meet for final /Opps round instead of Manager without even keeping your resume handy they call you for interview, then reject without reason.

Really wish I would've recorded the conversation.
