The interview was very thorough and unlike many interviewers, the person definitely did read my resume because 90% of the questions were based on what I worked in the past and how those skills would benefit the role that I'm being interviewed for unlike those interviewers who dont check whether the applicant skills match their requirement or not, beforehand and try to make the interviewees uncomfortable by asking mostly out of the box questions.
Nobody knows everything, our exposure depends on our project or client requirements. I was very happy with the technical round and gave my best.

(Edit) - pathetic experience
Now comes the HR round,
3-4 executives called me and asked the same questions in the time range for 4 weeks.
Finally another HR called me and asked for my documents, then after another week another HR contacted me confirming that they got approval for my expectation and asked about my possible joining date,some more documents and CRF DB and IR forms,photograph etc.
After 3 days, I chased for an update and the HR responsed saying that they are awaiting requisition ID to be generated.
It's been a month since my techical round was completed and I'm still chasing people for status.
It is really frustrating to wait for such long times and most HRs don't tend to respond to calls or emails,which I don't think is professional.
It is understandable that they are occupied most of the times handing different people but it wouldn't hurt to provide timely updates. I just wish the HR process is faster in a big organization like CAPG and the communication channel is open from both sides.

I have lost hope that I will get the offer from CapG and started looking for other opportunities. But,
Right after 2 months of my techical interview(on 11th March,2022) another HR called me mentioning that they are going to release the offer letter by coming Monday(14th mar),then again on Monday no response. on Tuesday I called him and he mentioned that I will get a call in next 30 mins. It's been 18 hrs and i never heard from him again..
I even wrote an email to some support team of capgemini, they just redirected me to the HR I once spoke to.
I don't understand what's wrong with these HRS, I never experienced such pathetic experience in my last 3 organizations(all MNCs). Capgemini, being an MNC by far has the worst HR recruitment process in place.
I do know that I shouldn't stick with this company and start looking at other offers(which i already have) But, I wish someone from CapGemini management would see this review and get to know how pathetic the situation is and this is how the candidates are being treated when they are thinking high about the company's standards and culture.
