Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - My advice is just be calm and don't panic because if you have the skills and if you are confident about them then the interviews conducted here will be very easy for you. All the interviews conducted here are telephonic in nature and you're not required to go anywhere. Sometimes an interviewee is made to wait for the Client round(The Final round). But that's not a big deal. Simple basic questions are asked, they might even ask you some casual questions such as "How's everything going on with you?" or "What are the things that you like the most and Why?". This is just to test that how comfortable you are speaking in English.
If the interviewer is satisfied then right after that they're going to ask you to take the English Assessment test, duration for that test is 1 hour and within 1 hour you're suppose to finish it. If you manage to pass the test then they're going to schedule a date for your "Mock test". They will provide you a sheet which is gonna have do's and don't's listed on it. You'll get marked down if you do not follow those set parameters in your mock test. In order to pass the mock test you're required to at-least score 70 marks out of 100.

Anyway, So On the day of your Mock Test there will be two persons to take your test. One will be playing the role of the person who will be familiar with the language that you claim to be proficient in and the other one is going to be a native English speaker.
This whole test can last for 15-30mins. Give your best and do not panic. It's not that difficult.

Good Luck.

Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I was contacted by their Human Resource Department for this job opportunity but you can also apply online through their website or job portal sites. If you are interested and want to apply for this job to become a Medical Interpreter or you got contacted by them because of your knowledge of multiple languages then be ready for a couple of Interviews. All of them will be telephonic rounds therefore you don't need to physically go anywhere. Having a computer and stable internet connection is must for this job since right now because of the Pandemic they expect you to work from home. Once you are through with your interviews then be prepared to take the English Assessment test which is nothing but just to evaluate your knowledge of English language since all your clients(most of them) will be native English speakers and it's mandatory by the American Law that you must qualify in that test in order to work as an Interpreter in the USA.
If you clear that test then comes the final test which is a "Mock call test". Don't worry you'll have enough time to prepare for that and on top of that It's just to test your interpretation skills. There are some parameters set by them to clear this test so make sure your Mock test round is within those set parameters. In order to meet their requirements you just need to score 70% out of 100.
Once you clear that test then you can go LIVE!

Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Even before going for the interview, on Ambitionbox I saw a review where someone told about that nonsense interviewer named 'Preeti Doshi'. And after attending the interview I can definitely confirm that the review was definitely true. The person named named Preeti Doshi has some serious ego issues and lacks experience of taking interviews. Where all the candidates are being asked to wear formals, the interviewer herself was wearing button open shirt, utter nonsense.

Second part, they're exploiting the cheap labor part and taking advantage of people's tough time. Offering 15k for a fresher in BPO in 2024 and 17k for 2+ years of experienced candidate. (Just for reference, I've started my BPO career in March 2022 at 15k/month salary. So it's way below standards in 2024 end)

Third part, they will waste your whole day there. Delaying each process by 40 mins to 1h. (For reference, I've entered the building at 1 PM, left it after 8 PM). If you're going for the interview a bit far from Sector V, then good luck at returning to your home that night.

Honestly, if you're living near that office and just trying to start your career(just for the sake of adding 'experienced' in your resume for future jobs) only then consider this post at Sun Knowledge.

Also there's no night shift allowance as well.

I'd rather suggest to try Amazon VCS jobs(for freshers). It will be WFH, same BPO sector, better salary, rotational shift, in case of night shift there will be night shift allowance as well.

Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I recently had an interview for the AR Caller position. Although the process initially took a while to start, they eventually began and carried out a thorough filtering process. They were focused on finding candidates who could effectively handle US clients. Dharun was really helpful, even though I couldn’t make it on time; I requested to reschedule for the afternoon, and he kindly made it possible. The HR team's attitude was impressive, from the way they communicated to the guidance they provided. They handled everything smoothly and clearly explained the roles and responsibilities as I progressed to the second round.

Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I would like to provide feedback on my recent experience with IEnergizer’s recruitment process. While I was initially excited about the opportunity, the overall handling of the process raised significant concerns and ultimately led to my decision to decline the offer.

Warning: Do not give your phone in the organization at time of joining they do the fake rating for themselves. That's why this company shows the rating of 4.7

1. Delayed Offer Letter: After clearing the interview, there was a considerable delay in issuing the offer letter. Despite multiple follow-ups over three weeks, there was no communication from your side. When I was finally called to collect the offer letter, it was on very short notice, requiring me to travel 250 km. This process could have been handled digitally, respecting candidates' time and effort.

2. Pressure to Resign Immediately: During the offer letter discussion, I was pressured to resign from my current position immediately, despite clearly informing the HR team earlier about my 30-day notice period. The insistence to resign on the spot, using the increased package as leverage, felt unprofessional and manipulative.

3. Misrepresentation of Policies: Several discrepancies between what was initially communicated and the final terms in the offer letter were concerning:

10-hour shifts were not mentioned earlier.

Promised Saturday-Sunday offs were suddenly changed.

Salary deductions for leave without pay (LWP) were excessively harsh (e.g., ₹5,000 deduction for one LWP).

4. Unrealistic Joining Deadline: Issuing the offer letter with the expectation of joining within a few days, without considering my notice period or other commitments, reflected poor planning and lack of empathy.

5. Lack of Transparency: The overall communication and last-minute changes to policies indicated a lack of transparency, which raised doubts about the organization’s work culture and employee treatment.

Such practices not only waste candidates' time but also damage the company’s reputation. I hope this feedback is taken constructively to improve IEnergizer’s recruitment process and ensure better experiences for future candidates.
