I kept talking about how my Internship Experiences can help them fill their openings with the right person and also gave them a esteem of my learning and unlearning skill I adopted from my MBA and Internships in their very first question “Tell me about Yourself” and surprisingly that was the only question they asked me and I got selected.

The only advice that I would like to give to the job seekers is to be truly YOU while you sit for the interviews. Be action-oriented in your answers and let them know that you are there to learn, sometimes unlearn, and make their training costs lighter with your industry experiences
