Experience: First of all make your resume in a very simple and easy to understand by recruiters.The headline of your resume should be unique because there are millions of resume are available on the website and a recruiter is spending on an average 7 to 10 second on every resumes while they are going to shortlist resumes for interview. And post your resumes on genuine websites and always update it on a regular basis.

Experience: Be calm and answer all the questions perfectly.. Take your time. Don't get nervous. Be confident

General Tips: My manager took my interview two times. The first one was telephonic round for 40 minutes long in which he asked me everything which was mentioned on my resume about my job responsibilities in the previous companies. And the second on was 50 minutes long through webex invitation in which he gave me the access of his computer through internet and asked me sixteen questions to test my technical skills. I was able to solve 14 questions and in the rest two questions I told his that I had never done this ever in my life..if I will get the opportunity to work with your company I will learn how to do this.... Don't be frustrate...Keep patience.. Surely a company will hire you one day.
