Interview Preparation Tips
Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I shared the questions and answer in the previous comments... and here a simply funny advice to the candidates for management post. You are going to be interview by the executives of the post you applied for. Like the interviewer said "you know, we report to solution architect"(sic) and he is interviewing the candidate for Solution Architect, funny and absurd. I would say you better be prepare for technical questions and not only the JD mentioned for the position.

Retention offer
Hello,
Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus
Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L)
I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance.
The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte.
Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
