A single production supervisor need to handle 70-80 manpower and give a very big size section only one supervisor/section
He need to control their safety, attendance clearance, suggestions applying, house keeping, manpower discipline, quality, breakdowns, multiple projects, QCC & GB projects, appraisals,
After shift ending we need to check wether the operator had a bathing or not, and need to check wether he dropped his uniform for washing or not
All above activities should be followed by a single supervisor
