Round: Test
Experience: Written test is of two sets one technical and other aptitude(verbal,DI,reasoning). Technical very easy and aptitude moderate. Every one were shortlisted.
Duration: 50 minutes

Round: Group Discussion
Experience: Details of the process and your contribution: It's a cool topic,i have a few statistics on it so i took the initiative.later we discussed about deficit power and different sources of energy to be implemented to overcome the deficit...every one spoke in the GD and every one got shortlisted for the interview in my group.
Duration: 10 minutes

Round: Technical Interview
Experience: HR gone through my resume and started asking on my projects..how power is being produced and can u explain the whole process,why transformers are used and a few questions on IEEE standards and induction motors. Bharat Bijlee is mostly on transformers and motors so be thorough in it.

Round: HR Interview
Experience: it started with tell me about your self,family background,how this company suits you,are u ready to work anywhere in India and i said yes so why don't you have problem,why not Mtech. I answered every ans smartly and satisfied for every question they asked. The whole process went good and my interview was very cool and they are friendly.

Skill Tips: Be confident in giving answers and make little difference in your answers with others. If you don't know the answer so clearly tell that i am not able to recollect it now. Give smart replies with a little smile on your face.

Round: Test
Experience: The test consists of both Technical as well as verbal, analytical. The number of questions are 50 and the time is 45 mins. It is a very easy paper.
Duration: 45 minutes

Round: Group Discussion
Duration: 15 minutes

Round: Technical Interview
Experience: Only one interview where both technical and hr is covered. The start of interview is with. Tell something about yourself with this the interview goes on. Coming to technical they have asked questions related to manufacturing,lathe,planar,broaching etc. They have asked about project also. You should clearly describe your project clearly and answer the questions.
Tips: Don't be over active in the interview. Be yourself.
