Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - The worst company I have worked with. They make you work like animals, there is no leave concept in this company in a month you can take 1 day leave no emergency leave nothing infact you will be penalised if you take leave more than 1 day. Training and selection process takes a month, no incentives provided, 5 children or 7 children are in one class. This company works for profit only it’s not employee centric, per class they charge student 730 which means for 5 students it is 3650 and the payment for teacher per class is 225 Rs (which 2% of what a teacher gets) apart from classes every month there are training so basically if you’re working for 5 hours they add training also every month it takes 3 more hours everyday to finish training. It’s better to sell chai or do cloud kitchen than working in this company they are harassing teachers in the name of work. They are working against law regulations because every employee has right to take leave in emergency but this company is offending the rules and regulations. Work in some other company because bhanzu pay 20,000 for 5 hours and in this world 20,000 is nothing.
