I do know english well and use it daily to communicate, but the moment I'm in an interview, I just get stuck. since it's not my first language, I struggle to express what I actually feel. I know the answer in my head, but I just can’t deliver it properly at that moment. Please guide me

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - These people are just tricked me, first they mentioned there'll be no sale, no insurance I have to do , I have to give a just IRDA exams and after that I can start as recruiter directly so i agreed and give them 900rs for IRDA fee and after that in my first day of training i learnt that , doing insurance is mandatory, but i mentioned multiple times that I'm not interested in insurance advisor in the interview and before the interview even before the interview i asked the recruiter about the IRDA exams but she denied at that time. Also they mentioned they the fee is refundable but now they're not refunding my fee when i denied to give the IRDA exams because I don't want to be a insurance advisor, i simply went there for the recruiter role . These company people didn't tell me the whole truth or whole details, they hide truth, this the reality of TATA aia employees. They hire me as a recruiter but didn't tell me the whole truth. They didn't tell me that doing a insurance is mandatory in the interview, I'd never paid for IRDA if I'd know about the truth. Terrible company

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I am highly not recommending HDFC Life, it was very bad experience with HR Sneha Mishra , she doesn't not have any etiquette to talk. Please Provide some soft skill training to your recruiters. She her self don't have any professionalism. No interviewing skills, no professionalism, no communication skills, no politeness. And she rejected me and the reason was i was talking in hindi and she felt i was sleepy. I dont think so this should be the reason. Also she herself was not have any communication skills and she was talking in hindi.
