Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - If you want to waste your time and money for 5 days, when you know you are eligible in spoken English so well that anyone can hire you on the basis of that, then you have come to wrong place.
Astra global is not a place for freshers, they will be made sad and pathetically undermotivated after 5 days of fake scenarios and fake happiness by the voice and accent round after 5 days of training, I mean who does that?
The hiring process is unbelieveably absurd.
They first select you, give you 5 days training without letting you know that there will be a round of VnA and you will get fired even if you are well deserved.

I have seen the worst candidates be sitted there, considered!!!! But I were not.. That was so undermotivated and unfair.

I would rather recommend you to go for your self respect than going to that circus company.

Thank you. That was not frustration but my honest observation about the company as I was recommended by an employee of Astra global.
