In group discussion, the manager or team will give you one topic and you have to speak about it, includes the time limitation which is given by the hr team itself.
What you should put in your mind:
Be confident what you are speaking, more than a good speaker be a good listener, don't shout be calm, don't be nervous, enjoy the moment.
Basically, aptitude test is all about IQ. So, the team or the manager will ask you questions based on current affairs, mathmatics or tricky family relation questions.
Try to read recent current affairs and google aptitude test questions with answers and try to solve them.
