Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI

Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I was a fresher and out of 10 people they hired just 3 people so i won't recommend at all. Even the 3 people were asked to join after 6 months hence they expelled each and everyone directly or indirectly. And if you are experienced then i had conversation with few of the seniors and they told that there is too much politics at high level if you know any engineering manager / any of the board members then you will get good exposure else you would even find difficulty for getting any project assigned. They hire just to keep in bench (they replied after getting hired they waited 6 months in duration of 2 years of experience they got chance to work on only 2 projects each lasting for 2.5months on an average)
