Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Dont go for this company. Infrastructure will be well polished and clean. But the management is very horrible. I will list down why
1. Proprietorship company so, no industrial standards and ethics. Your Boss is your god, his words are the industrial standards.
2. Daily prayer and preachings, I was quite confused whether I was working in an Engineering company or a Mandhir mutt.
3. No scope for knowledge growth.
4. You have to listen to old employees of the company even if there is no logic in their solutions just because they are working for past 20+ years in same company and worked along with the proprietors.
