Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Please do not trust this organization. I was offered for for a particular designation and based on the offer , I had resigned from my current job. I was waiting for my relieving date from my employer. Suddenly, I got an email from the HR and informed that they revoked my offer with in 10 days by saying "Since you are unable to confirm your DOJ since last 10 days, we are revoking your offer letter." and this has happened after submission and clarence of all the documents from them. I have also sent them my resignation email and the reminder email which was stated about the relieving. Worst HR practices I have observed.
After revoking the offer, they continuously calling and messaging me for joining which was a biggest shocking experience.
What a joke it was with candidate, Mumbai HR and factory HR calling a person for joining after revoking the offer. How come a person can join any organization without any offer (actually after offer revoked by HR)
