Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I joined the organisation for making my career in the same field or in the same position and for the betterment of the organisation. However after joining the company I am facing lot of issues whether these are related to my behaviour my professionalism towards the organisation and so on. Directly or indirectly i am being harassed by the management. There are so many incidents which has happened in the past days. One of the biggest and the most sensitive incident is that last Saturday dated 9th of July 2022 was the second Saturday and the company’s off , nobody was working on the same day and in my absence my system in which I am using for my assigned task has been aggravated by someone else and that unknown person logged in by my id without any permission. Today when I came to office and noticed the same and without wasting a minute I informed the same activity to the manager and he directly blamed me that I might have done this with my phone which I feel very harassing . My concern is only this that if the organisation do not trust their employees then how will employees be able to give their best performance. Organisation and employees should have the give and take relationship. Due to all these things I have decided to quit my role and responsibilities towards the organisation and cannot survive in such type of circumstances . I feel very depressing while working in this environment.
There is one another incident which is also very disheartening. There was an employee I can’t disclose her name joined the organisation however she has observed such things in a very first day and decided to quit the job. And she resigned. For her resignation the management also blamed me that I have instigated her to resign. And for their own satisfaction they have checked their each and every CCTVs. They wanted to make me criminal for her resignation and for God’s sake they did not get anything against me because I haven’t done such things. She might have resigned by their own personal reason.
My advice to job seeker that do not join this company. U will get the worst feeling ever ....
