Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - The good part is this is a very good job profile, and the hire freshers as well. I highly suggest you not to lie in your resume/CV. This is a feel sales job so the basically look for candidates who have good conversation skill, basic sales knowledge. It doesn't matter when if you have 5 years of experience, if you faul to show your conversation and sales skills during one and one interview you may not get the job. The interviewer, who will also be your ZSM if you get selected, will ask you questions very randomly. He or she will try to confuse you with unexpected questions.
Few tips that I want to give you is that be confident, don't forget to smile during the interview, don't get nervous at all. You don't have to be very fluent in English, but if you are there will be a better chance that you will get a higher package. The interview will conduct virtually, still wear formals. Also if you have an experience candidate so the interviewer may ask you to pitch about the product or services that you are currently dealing with. Also there can be a role play, which is not sure but the interviewer may want to test your sales skills. Role play is where interviewes gives you a situation where you have to sell a product to the interviewer. In this role play, I highly suggest you not to pitch for the product directly, but start with asking questions. For example if the interviewer ask you to sell a pen, first ask sir what kind of pen do you use in your daily life. Trust me, more effective question you will ask in role play more impression you will create. But I suggest you to ask at least 4 to 5 questions before pitching the product.

You will not get any direct support for manpower hiring from company as the business model change to direct sales and You will have to develop it by all your efforts only. So other that these metro cities, doing b2b business is really challenging task with illogical and nonsense responsibility given by company. Better to join this company only if the location is metro cities. Or else find other companies which is having better opportunities than Airtel Business. Variable is 20% in CTC which is almost impossible to achieve as you will not able to deliver Target more that 70% just by direct sales and limited resources. At an average, Only 1 manager out of 10 can achieve his variable in a quarter normally. Other have to satisfy themselves only with fixed salary.
