Interview Preparation Tips

Round: Resume Shortlist
Experience: The initial shortlisting was done from the company side, the basic requirement was a HR student, Gender Male.
After the shortlisting 15 students were shortlisted for the further process.

Round: HR Interview
Experience: The process started when our campus was visited by 3 recruiters from Afcons, the first process was a HR round were the HR interacted with students to know their state of mind, it was like breaking the Ice session so that students feel more comfortable.

Round: Group Activity
Experience: After the HR round, we had a quick group discussion about the current era of digitization which was also suggested from our side, these was done to see how we all are with each other were we too focused about getting the job or we were more tilted towards others feeling, All the process were not rejection process as the recruiter wanted every one to feel more comfortable around each other.

Round: CASE PRESENTATION
Experience: Individuals were provided with cases for which they need to make a presentation and present it to the recruiters and others, the time provided was 1 day, you have to come up with your solution implement different labor laws.

Time allocated for each presentation was 15-20 minutes.
After each presentation the recruiter asked question about the problems, laws and solution provided in the given case.
Tips: Here are some of the example of cases -----.html ,
you need to have a depth knowledge about Labor Law its section issued date, objective, limitation.



Round: HR Interview
Experience: It was more of a feedback session in which you were asked to talk about your flaws, different and better solution that you could have given for the case study, about the Afcons limited, its products, services.
You have to evaluate your work on term of others works.

Tips: Be True to yourself and give honest answers.
