Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I will share my interview experience and Hr discussion with you.. i cleared all rounds of interview and thereafter they came for HR round and we closed the deal with xxxxxx as fixed CTC and yyyyy as joining bonus. Thereafter in afternoon the HR called me again and said Hi one of our senior HR wants to join the call.. i said ok and she merged the call with the senior HR, That senior HR started negotiation on already negotiated value, i said Mr. ---- i already had negotiation and i had gone to the min. I can and now you are negotiating again by taking reference of what is already negotiated value. Then he started telling that we have few constrains we can give you rest amount as joining bonus i just want to reduce 80 k in your fixed ctc and we will give you same as joining bonus.. i was surprised..i denied the offer then they started saying ki you don't know the negotiation you must learn this, if you are being so rigid about your expectations it will not bring you any fortune... You must understand HR's constrains then only we will be able to build good relations with each other.... And then i said i m sorry sir... I can not accept your offer because it is making my CCT so less... Then they started kind of threatening me by saying that we will blacklist you if you are not accepting our offer because we will not hire someone who is very rigid about their CTC..
