Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Be confident and well educated about your current process.Have a very deep understanding about what you are doing now. And follow below points:
1. As most of the interview starts whith giving an overview about what your current profile is.
2. Try to find out the logic behind "why" are you doing anything in process.
3. Add additional information from internet or any other source which will enhance your understanding about current process.bring down the number of technical terms to layman understandable concepts.
The logic is you never know how the internal system of new company works and they know about it.So better be best aware of all logics which you use in current company as they might match these logic with there system.
