Interview Preparation Tips
For 3:00 o'clock interview, one HR called me at 2:57 and spoke very rudely what's the time, why you didn't joined? Told him, I am joining by 3:00, as interview is scheduled @3:00. He got more rude. Later I joined by 3:00, but interviewer joined 10 mins late!! Informed same HR, then he didn't bother to call interviewer. Asked me to wait and if they didn't joined in 15 mins, then call me!!
Later Interviewer( Final round) joined. Looked he wasn't ready, took pauses twice for getting comfortable? Until I asked, didn't came in video. Later standing and taking inetview and was arrogant. Asked me how would you work on those skills - which I didn't mentioned on resume. He told they need those skills!
First round only told my skills to inetrviewer and it got cleared. Not sure why they asked me in next round and disqualified.
Also, after clearing first round only, they asked to upload all document without fail by next day morning! Mail also came that I made to HR round. Suddenly this Mangerial round was introduced. That's fine but - What kind of process is this? When interview is not complete, what basis all documents including 3 months pay slip etc. are asked? To keep data with them?
After final round sent mail to HR as well, sharing these details of second round, no response till now.
And they block for 6 months once you are disqualified - that too after not considering for skills you don't mentioned on resume!
Don't share documents to them without clarifying if interview is over!
