I have two offer letters as Salesforce Consultant , one from Infosys with 10 LPA and another one from Brillio Technologies with 14 LPA , So can you please suggest which one should I go for ?

Should we list internships as jobs in our resume? 

I found this tip from a creator and they said you should list them under your experience section as real jobs cause you worked like an employee if not harder. Just wanted to know what you all think. Please comment.

[Infosys](infosys) has announced that it will not be forcing employees to return to the office, but will be implementing a roster system to manage occupancy in its offices. This comes after the company previously planned a phased return to office and asked employees to come in 3 days a week.

The company is also opening new satellite offices in Noida, Coimbatore, Kolkata, and Vizag to help reduce commute times for some employees.

Why aren't enough companies using this incredible resource to their advantage?

I've observed that self-taught/boot camp developers are those who truly enjoy coding. Whereas, people with a CS degree may enjoy coding but they/their parents have an ulterior motive of getting a high-paying job. 

Self-taught ones do have gaps but ultimately end up doing pretty well.

Is this headcount drop pure efficiency play or a risky gamble on uncharted territory?😅

Are you guys going through psychometric tests that involve aptitude assessments, 10x Personality, and 10x Motivation? 

I don't get this, when did HRs get the qualification to analyze and interpret these tests? Also, mental health information is still health information that should ideally be confidential. No?

I'm curious about IT jobs in the government sector. 

It seems like government websites are stuck in the past (all those ".aspx" URLs!), so I'm wondering if the tech stacks are prehistoric everywhere.🤔

Do male employees avoid female interaction at work nowadays in fear of false POSH accusations?  
It's not very apparent but you know I've noticed that men band together and rarely let a woman into their group. Is there a reason for it?

How is the condition of it industry now are layoffs stopped now. can freshers apply now for jobs what's the condition in it market.

Has anyone's job offer been revoked after they were given joining letter with proper details and date? 

What can one do in such a situation?

Why are Mechanical Engineers/Manufacturing sector employees paid less as compared to IT/Finance sector employees even though the performance is the same? And can this be sustainable in the long run as more and more candidates would be inclined to join high paying sectors?

“Can you make sure this report won’t have any issues going forward?”

Is it just me or do you all also get such stupid questions after fixing a bug or discrepancy that showed up in a report? Like I just worked my 🍑 off to fix some ridiculous edge case that was completely unpredictable. 

Data is a tangled mess of homegrown source applications and 3rd party tools that are not being used for their intended purpose. Company changes strategy and there's a fresh gap in data that has to be bandaged. 

I can't guarantee you 💩! I can't "make sure".

After TCS, Infosys, India's tech titan, is cracking down on remote work, mandating employees return to the office for at least three days a week.  WFH enthusiasts, prepare for the commute!

But is this the end of work-life balance as we know it?  Or will it spark a new era of productivity and collaboration?🤔

A lot of people don't realize a code is not self-documenting. 

It is essential to maintain a comment thread not just to guide others but also for better understanding of your own code like 5 years down the line.

In big IT companies, there are many people to create a lot of hype and buzz about technology trends, but while coming to implementation, they are totally clueless and doing things like headless chickens.

I may or may not be convinced that there is a conspiracy going on to push people to take low quality, low paying jobs after the burst of the funding bubble. What's your take?

Although very low chances of him having email access but not impossible for a company with 15 people.

We all have weaknesses and character flaws, including leaders.  It's what makes us human. To err is human, after all.🤷‍♀️ We are imperfect beings living in an imperfect world. 

Just like the Founder of Infosys, Narayana Murthy, who was misunderstood when he said that India needs youngsters who should put in 70 hours a week at work. 💼⏳ All he meant was to inspire youth to brush up their skills. 💡

BPOs have been one of the most stable industries, showing stable growth in India. It is also one of the few sectors, that's more open to recruit freshers. 

But, why do they get a bad reputation then? Why are hardworking employees looked down upon who work in BPOs?

IT companies should open their hands in tier 2 or tier 3 cities in India. As there is no space left in tier 1 and it is very difficult for someone to shift his/her home in this metropolitan area.
Or else they should give flexibility to work from anywhere

TCS fires 16 employees for bribes-for-jobs scandal.

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) announced in an exchange filing on Sunday that its investigation found 19 employees involved in a bribes-for-jobs scandal. 

The company has taken action against all 19 employees, including terminating the employment of 16 individuals for violating the company's code of conduct and removing three employees from the Resource Management function.
