How can people stay physically active on a busy schedule

The ICMR has advised walking for 5-10 minutes every few hours to remain physically active on a busy schedule. It has suggested using stairs instead of lifts/elevators, using a standing desk or standing every half hour at work, parking vehicle away from workplace and taking phone calls while walking. It also recommended moving around during commercial breaks while watching TV.

The hiring manager interviewing me said, "The job is great most days, but there are the days where you will wanna pull your hair out." He was bald so I said, "That must've happened to you already." He had a great sense of humor, so he and the trainee manager sitting in on the interview laughed and told me that my personality and credentials were exactly what they were looking for. I got the job and left after 3 months because it really did make me wanna pull my hair out.😅 Have you ever told a joke at a job interview? How did it go?

He pointed out something very thought-provoking - Although Indian entrepreneurs have incredible ideas, Indian investors are very risk-averse and don't have the guts to back those ideas. Finally I got a mail stating "You have been selected for XYZ position, refer to the attached proposal of compensation. Awaiting your confirmation before sending the official offer letter."
