Career Advice

Hello. I need carrier advice, i have 9 years of experience in the electrical design (electrical engineering) industry with 12 LPA CTC. Married with 2 children. Age 33.  Every month saving only 12 To 13k. Currently in hyderabad. I am barely making/saving it every month. My dilemma is should i continue as it is for the rest of life and pay tax every step/every spending OR take risk by going to gulf countries or USA or Australia. Which is the best path from here?
( The ultimate goal is to have a better quality of life with enough money to live a good life for more and my family in the near future)

12LPA in Electrical Design industry after working for 9 years, wanting to earn more by shifting to bangalore from hyderabad or go abroad?

past 7-8 months trying hard to get placed. gave 7 interviews. 3 cleared fully(even got congratulations mail) . Sadly In that 2 are not responding even mc HR not picking call or msg. 1 offer left is non-tech Business Development Associate at a startup in Noida.
- 6 montths internship - 15k + variable ~15k
- ppo with 6-9 LPA 
- joining next month(march)
what should i do? Should i wait for another chances in tech or move on with this offer and try while working with the startup.

If i wait another 2-3 months i will be competing with 2025 passouts.

my skills-Java, Springboot-hibernate, APIs, Angular(basic), Azure-DevOps, K8s, Docker, Prom-Grafana stack.

Hi Everyone,

I am currently working as a QA Engineer (Automation + Manual), having a total of 3.6 yoe primarily in Oracle EBS.

Initially used to work with the UFT tool for the first 2 years, then switched to TOSCA for the past 1 year. When I used to work with UFT, I didn't get much of a chance to do hands-on at the code base level, so I'm not very confident with UFT. However, I am pretty confident with my TOSCA skills. I am looking for a job change.

How much should I target, my current CTC is 6.9LPA.

Please suggest..

Salary Expectation

I am java backend dev and my current tech stack is Java, spring boot, microservices, restful APIs, mysql, dsa(400+ problems in leetcode) Have knowledge in kafka as well but no hands on experience.

My current CTC is 7Lpa

No frontend or cloud experience. I got the above offer(hyd location,hybrid model). I have already resigned in my company, attended few interviews but failed in all. Should I prepare more rigorously? Or be satisfied it's a good package for my current exp?
