At the end of the day, all you need as an employee is acknowledgement for your efforts and the deserving compensation - and in both these areas, Xoriant does a fabulous job, thus far! Also the company is in constant search for innovation and asking employees for ideas/suggestions for improvement, which shows that they want to be up to date with the latest and greatest technologies and processes!
