At Xoriant, the primary concern is lack of substantial salary hikes and incentives. While the company offers a stable work environment, the annual hikes are often below market standard. Since I joined last two years I haven't seen any yearly celebration by company which should be organize most of the mid size company.

Its a product engineering company. So, it's not like other IT service companies in market just for providing software services, but more like innovation in project like work. Every project in Xoriant will give you a chance to learn technology and be passionate about technical skills. Work culture is very awesome here ! You will be also appreciated a lot about your hard work not only by giving awards but it will reflect in your ratings and appraisal as well.. No more ticketing mechanism here.. take ticket do work and close it like sev 1, sev 2 like other product based companies. Xoriant will provide you flexibility here to innovate, think, and develop your IT skills accordingly. So it's product development + innovative solutions provider company to complex IT problems of clients.

...omise. Scrum calls can be 30 mins or so but it stretches' a lot many times. 2. Family health insurance for Parents: You will have to pay more than any other company for your parents health insurance. Corporate plan introduced this year was very expensive. for 3 lac sum insured for parents, employee needed to pay around 37 k and for 5 lac it was 55 k separately from individual parents insurance.

No Onsite opportunities, Poor Management with old IT mindsets(Managers lack dynamic attitude). Management is concerned about you billing, lack of focus on employee career path and guidance. No team outings and no rewards for hard work. Also RMG team tells people to look outside if you on bench for more than one month.
