- Compensation is very good. Everything is fixed, with no variable component. You can structure your CTC breakup and Xoriant provides tools for saving taxes as well. - Managers are very supportive. - Annual increment is very good. In most cases, it is > 10%

- The website and portals are average and are often down - Growth and Learning are limited

Good company culture and well maintained work life balance. Job security is good.

Compensation is less and salary/appraisal is less/slow which affects career growth. Also limited trainings on new technologies.

The job depends from project to project. If they do not have projects, they ask you leave. The company culture needs a lot of improvement.

At Xoriant, the primary concern is lack of substantial salary hikes and incentives. While the company offers a stable work environment, the annual hikes are often below market standard. Since I joined last two years I haven't seen any yearly celebration by company which should be organize most of the mid size company.
