...ecurity. The CONS of being in WNS is : The Post Graduate, Graduate, 12th Pass. All are given the same salary. There are no importance given to the study. And very less yearly increment. No yearly bonus given to the employee No bonus, gifts given to the employee for Christmas even though you work for UK Process

I worked in the company for 3 years. The one thing i liked is the timings, which is the best as compared to other companies. Its just 7 and half hours. So you can work somewhere else also. If a person is desperately looking for a job and is not much confident about himself currently due to rejections or any other reason. I can guarantee that WNS will definitely benefit you.

Dislikes

I feel the growth is nothing if you are looking for success at a faster pace. Salary and appraisal is not good. Person working in the company for 5 years and a new joiner would almost be earning the same salary.

Every is excellent except salary increment and perks. You work everything outside your role also ib the same salary without and perks. At the time of increment you will be treated same as other and only 2, 3 % hike that also with Variable pay.

Worst environment of company, management, salary not good for deserving employees, favouritism in promotion, toxic environment, work pressure, no proper training material to deliver new joiners.
