If they start giving the desired salary to their employees then they will definitely not leave Infy as the salary is very less is doesn't do justice with the skilled person

Infosys is providing me with every resources that I need to continue my work. In that case I'm happy with infosys.

...e very tough times for us and we are suffering economically as well as mentally. The cancellation of annual hike has made my future uncertain as already I am receiving less salary as an operation executive. Compensation wise I am not happy with Infosys.

I have joined with Infosys as operations executive and recently promoted to system engineer but still I am getting low package when comparing with our junior who joined with B.E background.this is the only thing which I do not like in infosys

Infosys was one of the best company for work. The work culture work-life balance and compensation & benefits are also good. Best company for experienced persons to work in.

Comparitively it is less for freshers to grow their knowledge and career oppertunity

Onshore visa initiations are nominated irrespective of person travelled or not as part of retainment philosophy.

...d hike percentage usually do not cross single digits irrespective of top rating. Example, If salary is 100. JL6 - fixed pay-30% var - 5-15% super annuation - 30% tax bracket from govtd = 100-30-5% sa - 20% tax assumption=45 rs, so you get 45 at hand of your ctc is at 100 Similarly 20%var for JL5 and 10% var for JL4 Just do the math and how under par salary.
