We don't get cab or shuttle facility from home,any parties,Tours and Diwali or new year bonus from company side.

...Camera phone not allowed after working from home for 2.5 year Parking problems Slow promotions and single digit salary hikes Quality of work is not good Micro management 1.5 years bond There is bond for atleast 6 months for any special training and onsite deployment People in BPO process don't know how to behave, they just speak abusive language publicly

Variety of projects to learn initially, clients are supportive and appreciate your work. fixed shifts, independent work handling, job security

...ercomiittment and lack of skilled task force often leads to extended work hours. Low compensation & hikes than industry standards, Follows a strict hierarchy system. No leadership, fixed career ladder with limited growth opportunities as you move up. No work from home or flexible working policy. No support from management at late working hours

... insecurities would make sure that you can not develope . No work life balance . No compensation if you put in extra hours of work . Constant need to stretch and if this was not enough company transport is pathetic . Commute at your own risk even if it's midnight

Nothing much to like, work culture is not good. Cost cutting in insurance domain is too much!!

Policies, local IT, admin and other services on which employee is dependent on performing their duties are terrible.
