Work culture is highly toxic. No respect for each other. Growth is majorly based on biased opinion or choices. They give preference to their personal choices. There is no clarity about company policies. Candidates are given different information at various stages at different level of their employment. If you are selected at a lead operations or a position above that, and that too in a support function, you can just forget about any growth opportunities (talking about getting the work that can help you in your recognition in the future) for at least in first 1-2 years. Awards are given only to certain people based on favoritism and their boot-licking abilities. Extreme level of micro-management is there. They lack in providing basic facilities, like glassed for drinking water or tissue papers in toilets... excuse if that they have a paperless environment. Assets provided to the employees are worn out and at times faulty. they struggle to provide headsets even for calling processes.

...have not got increment or any work from home compensation for our bills and all. The only good thing is credit of salary on time. Apart from that not at all supporting. Now, as our process will goint to shut soon and they are not even providing us with any details about or movement. When they informed us about this, they assured that we will be moved to some other process but it has been more than 15 days and we have not got any communication regarding this nor they are asking us to look for jobs or other opportunities outside. I gave 1.5 years to the company with a top notch performance but still I have not get any increment and promotion. We all are very disappointment about it. I know this feedback will not going to help or it will get ignored but in this pandemic situation, we see so many mails about WNS being so supportive and has earned a lot of profiit in these difficult times and there is a picture of Keshav Murugesh in those mails but we all could agree that these are some kind of false because we are facing opposite of it.

So many things: - Transport is very pathetic and there is a dicripancy in timings male and female employees for transport. - Cafetaria is way too small and there are times when there was no place to even sit. These are just two.

Job security almost there if you wish to stay there (comfortable with minimum salary ) Desert mein paani pilane wale ..... Company acchi hai, management accha nahi hai. Jab aap financial crisis ya mentally tut chuke ho....Dusre job se hairan/depress ho gaye ho.... to WNS job de deti hai....Acchi baat hai. Jab mere pass job nahi thi tab WNS ne job diya....Thanks to WNS.

...compain against managers HR's are there to save Managers. No one cares employee. Ok salary to spend day to day kharche.... but forget about your dreams. baki toh salary dete hi companiya.... aapse kaam toh nikal hi lete hi hai Appraisal/promotion ka issue hai..... Growth nahi hai.....

WNS is good company for those who are looking stable job, desk job with less pressure & fair salary compared to market standards. If you live in Tier2,3 cities, then WNS salary is sufficient as compared to other companies. As well you have less pressure, 5 days working, etc. You will get time for you & your family.

Dislikes

There are no rotational shifts. And slow growth in BPM sector in terms of Salary. Employees are working on same salary for 3 years. Salary hike & incentives are not sufficient.
