... on the senior management. Especially the person who are managing the processes. The greed for money by the senior management has always deprived the talents of their right compensation and deserving. Example this greed has also thrown off the mighty GSK process out if the organisation.

...feel that they own the company, talks so rudely like you are a factory labour. They never paid the salary they promised, HR have been throwing incorrect breakups to all employees no one cared to stop it till date. (I know that because I was working as a manager myself)

Compensation - 20% variable part, not good at all, Salary comes on 2-3 days late, bonus comes 2 months late, 1.5 year bond at joining, bond for a mandatory short trip for everyone, very minimal yearly hikes, no team funds for parties, poor seating arrangement, Non AC shuttles to Metro which too have penalties for No shows, No Transport, No other Benefits. Terrible company to work with.

...eer ladder or skill development, too much politics, do not treat employees well. Don't be fooled with variable part of salary. No work from home. Team outings r on expense of employees.
