Salary . I have 12 yrs of experience but the salary i get is less than my experience.atleast for the people who are in long term .please revise the salary based experence

...erly performance bonus by 15% at least as and when required by the management. If employee goes to client location, they pay 2k per month which is not at all sufficient to travel in state owned buses. Strict timings (9.30 hours), company tracks your swipe in and swipe out everywhere. People who travelled from onsite to offshore - they were unable to claim travel expenses people have to beg manager after doing that they've not approved it. Half of the broadband amount only can be reimbursed.

As all Indian MNCs provide good job security, and good work life balance some time it depends on project to project but overall good.

Salary compensation should improve and also provide some good opportunities to good resource.

Almost everything except for salary and hikes but then this is to be expected from a service-based company and a mass recruiter. I got placed here via campus recruitment and was a part of the Star Batch. I learned a lot of things here. Became a corporate from a student, a man from a boy! Superb campus, with very good policies, and extremely good mentors. Definitely would recommend a fresher here.
