Work life balance you may get as you WFH and depend on client. Regarding leave, compensation you get on time.

Dislikes

In vendor model it's not a good experience, managers keeps on changing every 6 month they are not aware of the progress and work you do. No career growth plans, it just about billing. No allowance were provided while covid period.

Growth is amazing, but compensation hike is bit low. The work pressure is high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

...erly performance bonus by 15% at least as and when required by the management. If employee goes to client location, they pay 2k per month which is not at all sufficient to travel in state owned buses. Strict timings (9.30 hours), company tracks your swipe in and swipe out everywhere. People who travelled from onsite to offshore - they were unable to claim travel expenses people have to beg manager after doing that they've not approved it. Half of the broadband amount only can be reimbursed.
