The possibility of learning or self improvement and getting certified is good as there is lot of online training materials available. Most of the young recruitee are ambitious and strive hard to prove themselves.

After receiving H1B they never approved my travel and you are forced to stay there for less salary. Don't take joining bonus, get maximum take home salary before joining. In percentage you will receive like 8-10 percent hike but in 3 years you will be less paid and have less knowledge as you work for some client.
